1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Growell Marketing Agency's website or contracting our digital services (SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Branding), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to assets, accounts, and information necessary for project execution and campaign management.

3. Payment & Retainers

All service retainers and project milestone invoices are payable according to the agreed proposal terms. Standard retainers are billed monthly in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom design deliverables, website source code, and copy created specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.
